    • We maintain student records for five years from the date of program completion.

    • These records remain confidential and can only be accessed with a written request from the student.

  • To process and manage your enrollment in our training programs.

In-Class Policies

 

Dress Code

Students are expected to wear scrubs and comfortable tennis shoes during class. If you are prone to feeling cold, you may bring a lab coat.

Attendance and Tardiness

To receive a certificate of completion, students must:

  • Arrive on time for each class, which runs from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

  • Make up for any missed class time at an additional cost.

Satisfactory Progress and Evaluation

  • Students must maintain satisfactory progress throughout the program.

  • A minimum passing score of 75% is required.

  • Evaluations are conducted during each phase of training. If performance falls below acceptable levels, additional practice or study may be recommended before certification is granted.

  • Live model practice is mandatory for certification. Trainers will determine a student’s readiness to work on live models. If minimum standards are not met, certification will not be issued, and no tuition refunds will be provided.

Certificate Withholding

  • Certification is contingent on demonstrating the necessary skills to perform procedures safely and effectively.

  • Students may attend one additional scheduled class free of charge for review purposes. Any additional one-on-one training will incur a fee of $100 per hour.


Conduct and Drug Policies

Students are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. Disruptive behaviors, including but not limited to the following, will result in disciplinary action or termination:

  • Harassment of other students, models, or instructors.

  • Possession or use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Use of abusive language or any form of misconduct.

Termination Policies

  • A written warning will be issued for the first infraction of conduct policies.

  • A second infraction will result in termination from the program.

  • Students terminated for conduct reasons may reapply after one year. Admission is not guaranteed.
