Introduction

Welcome to the Academy for PMU, operated by New You Face and Body LLC. By enrolling in our programs or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


Enrollment Policies

Deposit and Tuition

  • A $500 deposit is required to reserve a space in any class.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total tuition amount.

  • The remaining balance of the tuition must be paid ten (10) days prior to the start of the class.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Deposit Refund: Students will receive a full refund of their deposit if a notice of intent to cancel is received within 72 hours after receipt of the initial payment. Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of cancellation.

  • Tuition Refund Minus Deposit: Students who cancel within 72 hours of paying their tuition will receive a refund of the tuition amount minus the $500 deposit.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Deposits and tuition are non-refundable if a student fails to show up for class.

  • Emergency Rescheduling: In the case of a proven emergency, students may reschedule to the next available opening in two upcoming classes at no additional charge. Students must choose from the two classes offered. Failure to attend these rescheduled classes will result in forfeiture of the deposit and tuition.


Attendance and Certification Policies

Attendance Requirements

Students must arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions to qualify for a certificate of completion.

Certification Standards

Certification is awarded only to students who meet the minimum passing level of 75% and demonstrate satisfactory skills.


Conduct and Behavior Policies

Professional Conduct

Students are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to the following, will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment of instructors, fellow students, or models.

  • Possession or use of alcohol or drugs during class.

  • Use of abusive or inappropriate language.

Termination for Misconduct

  • A first infraction will result in a written warning.

  • A second infraction will lead to termination from the program.

  • Terminated students may apply for readmission after one year, but acceptance is not guaranteed.


Liability Waiver

By participating in our training programs, you agree that New You Face and Body LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after training. Students assume full responsibility for their actions during the program.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
